Asphalt Rotating Film Oven (Type 85)

1、 Purpose:
This instrument (referred to as the 85 type oven) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T 0610 "Asphalt Rotating Film Heating Test" in the national industry standard JTJ052 "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering". This instrument is suitable for measuring the quality loss of road petroleum asphalt after rotary film heating (RTFOT), and determining the changes in properties such as penetration, viscosity, ductility, and brittle point of asphalt residue after rotary film heating as needed to evaluate the aging performance of asphalt.
This instrument is also applicable to ASTM D2872 Standard Test Method for the Effect of Heat and Air on Asphalt Moving Film (Rotating Thin Film Oven Test).
